PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which performs the management of contact information easily.

SOLUTION: A server computer receives the contact information for each member registered previously to store in a database. When a member accesses the server via a terminal computer, the contact information of the member is extracted from the database to create a list 32 including the extracted contact information and the list 32 is transmitted to the terminal computer to present the list to the member.
