PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow incorporated use into a restricted narrow space by reducing the size; and to sufficiently improve durability by increasing a fatigue characteristic while securing original vibration control performance. SOLUTION: A lower half part of a peripheral wall part of outer cylinder members 2 and cylindrical rubber layers 3 is chipped in a cylindrical multilayer vibration control device A integrated by vulcanization adhesion by laminating a plurality of outer cylinder members 2 and a plurality of cylindrical rubber layers 3 of a similar figure concentrically arranged on the outer periphery of an arbor member 1. The center O1 of the arbor member 1 and the center O2 of the outer cylinder members 2 and the rubber layers 3 are made eccentric so as to become concentric or almost concentric when an expected load is applied.
