PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nanowire crossbar structure having a pair of parallel nanowire groups which keep a specified distance at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: In the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nanowire crossbar structure, (a) a substrate 2 is provided; (b) a composite structure 8 comprising a nucleic acid-block copolymer having equidistant nucleic acid-catalyst binding sites and at least one catalyst nanoparticle functionalized to bind specifically to nucleic acid segments of the copolymer is adhered on the substrate; (c) a directed gas flow and/or an alternating electric field are led to the composite structure 8; and (d) a chemical vapor deposition method is applied.
