PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimide having excellent properties of polyimides such as heat-resistance, mechanical properties and low hygroscopicity and further imparted with heat-resistance, optical properties, chemical resistance, electrical properties, or the like, by the use of a new diamine compound as a raw material, and a polyamic acid which is a precursor of the polyimide.
