PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound input system free from deteriorating a sound signal under a use environment where a distance between a sound source and a microphone device changes. SOLUTION: It is configured that a microphone device 110 for collecting sound and sending a sound signal and a sound signal receiving device 130 for receiving a sound signal are provided. The microphone device 110 comprises a sound collector 111 for collecting sound and generating a sound signal, a distance measurement device 116 for measuring a distance between the sound generating source and the sound collector 111 and generating a distance information signal, and a sending device 117, 118 for sending the sound signal and the distance information signal. The sound signal receiving device 130 comprises receiving devices 131 and 132 for receiving the sound signal and the distance information signal, and a sound signal corrector 139 for correcting at least one of a level of each frequency band of the sound signal and the whole level of the sound signal based on the distance information signal.
