PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked iron core whose thermal conductive performance in the stacking direction is improved while securing adhesive strength between magnetic steel sheets and electrical insulating properties. SOLUTION: In the iron core comprising stacked magnetic steel sheets, adhered layers composed of at least organic matters existing between the electromagnetic steel plates, and the average thickness of the organic matter adhered layers is 4μm or smaller. Also, the viscosity of the organic matter is 1.0 (Pa s) or lower at a temperature at which its flowability prior to thermosetting reaction is required, or the thickness of the magnetic steel sheets is 0.35 mm or smaller.
