PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an annular insulating cover thin by feeding a welding resin to both faces of the cover via a groove of a metal mold when integrally molding the annular insulating cover to a stator body. SOLUTION: This stator structure for a rotation detector is configured such that protrusions (40) integrally molded on the first and second annular insulating covers (3, 4) via the groove (30) formed in a cavity of the metal mold are formed in a slot (2A) of the stator body (1) along the axial direction.
