PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable logic circuit apparatus in which configuration version information is recognized only by hardware without interposing a CPU to specify the logic circuit configuration of a programmable logic circuit, and to decide operation possibility thereof when carrying out the configuration of circuit information after a power source is turned on. SOLUTION: The programmable logic circuit apparatus is provided with: FPGA 1 and 2 for constituting internal circuits according to the circuit information specifying connecting relations of circuit elements; configuration version information 6 and 7 specifying the circuit configurations of the FPGA 1 and 2; and a comparator part 11 for acquiring and storing effective configuration version information specifying a circuit configuration operable in combination with the FPGA 1 corresponding to the configuration version information 6, and deciding whether or not the circuit is operable by the combination by comparing the configuration version information 7 with the effective configuration version information 8 with respect to each combination when setting the circuit information for comprising an electronic circuit combining the FPGA 1 and 2.
