PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle electronic equipment in which a variable display part for displaying an operating state etc., is disposed within the limited space of an equipment main body and with which foreign matter is surely prevented from being accidentally inserted between the equipment main body and a movable monitoring device. SOLUTION: A medium slot 6 is formed to a shape recessed from the front part to the deep side of equipment body 2 and a variable display element 11 capable of displaying the operating state etc., is disposed on a base surface 6a of a medium slot 6. Also, a movable monitoring device 3 having a gap 8 for movement is laminated and arranged on the equipment body 2. The front side of the device 3 is provided with a projecting part 9 which is suspended toward the top surface of the equipment body. The projecting part 9a and the gap 8 for movement are overlapped in front view and a ceiling 6b of the medium slot 6 is provided with a notched part 2a for avoiding the contact with a projecting part 9a, so that the projecting part 9a arrives at the interior of the notched part 2a through the gap 8 for movement in housing the device 3.
