PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money paying-out device which is integrated into a money exchanger or an automatic teller or the like and which has a paper money guide roller for correcting the attitude of stacked and stored paper money and pays out paper money one at a time in a stable attitude. SOLUTION: A paper money housing part 20 is configured by arranging at least one paper money guide roller 30 abutted on the end part of stacked and stored paper money B for moving the stacked and stored paper money B to a proper position of a paper money delivery port 51 located in the vicinity of the side face of the paper money delivery port 51 and shifted from the center of the end part of the stacked and stored paper money B.
