PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device, by which an operating section for an illumination or the like for a room partitioned by a light-transmitting panel can be installed near an entrance for the room with an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The partition device is constituted by connecting a plurality of the light-transmitting panels 1 and 1 and at least one door device 2. One side section of a door 7 is attached pivotally to either one of a pair of left-right vertical frames 3 and 4 in the door frame 6 of the door device 2, and a door stop section 9 is mounted on the other vertical frame 4. Each vertical frame 3 and 4 is fixed onto supports 13 and 19 disposed on a floor face while a space 22 for housing a wiring is formed between one vertical frame 4 and the panel 1 and at least one of the front-rear surfaces of the space 22 is covered with an openable-closeable decorative panel 24.
