PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium material which is excellent in yield, weight reduction, productivity, and mass productivity and can be subjected to press forming ( and deep drawing ) at room temperature. SOLUTION: The magnesium material sheet characterized in that volumetric ratio of crystal grains is≥50%, the crystal grains in which the angle formed by a crystal plane (0001) of crystal grains constituting a polycrystalline sheet and the front surface of the magnesium material is≥30°.
