PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient strength, while ensuring necessary initial bonding strength with controlled susceptibility to enhancement of adhesion under high humidity conditions in particular, and having sufficient transparency and a sufficiently smooth surface with moderate bonding strength, which is free from turbidity and does not cause inferior coating such as cissing even when applied on a base sheet, and which, when made into a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient peelability. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a radiation-curable acrylic compound, an acrylic peeling control agent, and a (meth)acryloyl-containing silicone oligomer.
