PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive vacuum cleaner filter that does not form a needle hole in sewing or the like and can easily remove collected dust or the like. SOLUTION: This filament non-woven fabric for a vacuum cleaner filter is a non-woven fabric formed by depositing core/sheath type compound filaments, a core component is made of polyalkylene terephthalate based polymer, and a sheath component is made of a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point lower than that of the core component by 50°C or more. The non-woven fabric partially has a heat adhering zone to keep its form. The filament non-woven fabric is used as the vacuum cleaner filter processed into a bag shape by a heat seal.
