<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wire cords such as an electric appliance or the like furnished inside of a room through the ceiling without impairing beauty. <P>SOLUTION: The ceiling comprises two layers such as an upper layer ceiling 2 and a lower layer ceiling 1 with an area narrower than the upper layer ceiling 2, and corner beads 4 are provided to the outer circumferential edge of the lower layer ceiling 1. A lighting fixture or the like can be provided to a space surrounded by the lower layer ceiling 1 and the corner beads 4. A ceiling board supporting section 11 is constituted on the inner circumference side of the corner beads 4, and a wiring holding section 10 is formed on the outer circumference side.
