<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a solid electrolyte layer and a conductive resin-containing layer in which the conductive resin-containing layer indicates high conductivity without inserting a buffering layer between layers, and when voltage is applied to the conductive resin-containing layer to drive the layer as an actuator, the destruction is prevented of the interface between layers caused by the displacement of the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for forming the laminate having the solid electrolyte layer and the conductive resin-containing layer, after an electrode is obtained by forming the solid electrolyte layer on an electrode layer, the electrode, as a working electrode, is subjected to electrolytic polymerization in a solution containing a conductive resin monomer to form the conductive resin-containing layer on the electrode layer. Next, the formed conductive resin-containing layer is peeled off from the electrode layer to form the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
