<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing esterase of a transformed body microorganism introduced with a plasmid containing an esterase gene by connecting a ribosome binding site suitable for exhibiting the gene (i.e. SD-1 or SD-2) at upstream of the esterase gene. <P>SOLUTION: A polynucleotide comprising the ribosome binding site having a base sequence of a double strand DNA fragment of one of SD-1 or SD-2, a polynucleotide connected to the above-mentioned polynucleotide at upstream of one of an esterase gene encoding an amino acid sequence shown with amino acid number 1 to 362 in bacteria-originating specific amino acid sequences or an esterase gene encoding an amino acid sequence shown with base number 1 to 1086 in specific amino acid sequences and the like are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
