<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancing jacket with favorable productivity by welder fusion work, capable of easily adjusting in-water buoyancy in response to body weight of a wearer, and having a superior texture. <P>SOLUTION: In the balancing jacket, a suede type face is formed by applying suede type cloth to a wearer touching side surface of an inflatable buoyant body.
