<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent polyamide molding material having a very good heat resistance and chemical resistance, and a very high permanent fatigue strength. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent polyamide molding material has a melting enthalpy between 0-12 J/g, and is constituted by a diamine mixture of 10-70 mol% PACM [bis-(4-aminocyclohexyl)methane] having <50 wt. % trans, trans-isomer with 90-30 mol% MACM [bis-(4-amino-3-methylcyclohexyl)methane] and an 8-14C long chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or a mixture of these dicarboxylic acids.
