PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a new PUR-powder coating material for a coated material of a metallic tape having a matte appearance by a coil coating method. SOLUTION: The polyurethane-powder coating material for coating the metallic tape by the coil coating method comprises (A) 3-25 mass% of a polyurea, (B) 35-75 mass% of at least one of an amorphous and/or (semi)cryastalline polyester having a hydroxyl number of 5-250 mg KOH/g and a melting point of 50-130°C, (C) 5-30 mass% of at least one crosslinking agent comprising a blocked polyisocyanate and/or isocyanurate and/or a uretdione having at least two functionalities as (a) base material(s), and (D) 0.5-50 mass% of an auxiliary and an additive, where an NCO group of the component (C) being 0.5-1.2 per one OH group of the component (B).
