PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which is manufactured at high productivity and superior in heat radiation. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a housing 10 having a bottom 36 with a hole 40 at the center and an outer wall rising from the peripheral edge of the bottom 36, a plurality of unit cells 34 arranged with their axial lines mutually parallel around the edge of the hole 40 in the housing 10, a radiating member 42 separate from the housing 10, and a cover 16 disposed opposite to the outer wall and the bottom 36 of the radiating member 42 with a cavity 24 communicating to the hole 40 via a hollow 44 of the radiating member 42.
