PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity receiving apparatus to receive a plurality of digital-modulated satellite signals and digital-modulated ground signals according to SDARA standard. SOLUTION: The diversity receiving system for a digital satellite radio signal according to a SDARS standard or other standards as well improves a transmission security and adjustably receives a digital-modulated satellite radio signal (5a) of a first satellite by a M-PSK method, the digital-modulated satellite radio signal (5a=) of a second satellite by the M-PSK method, and a digital-modulated receiving signal (5b) transmitted according to a COFDM method by a ground broadcasting radio station in a high-frequency bandwhich is adjacent to the same HF channel bandwidth B. The system is realized by slightly deforming a constituent member capable of being used as a standard portion from a receiving system using an antenna diversity function normally without a diversity function.
