PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film molded product for an electrolytic capacitor anode device wherein a capacitor device with good electric characteristics is ensured with satisfactory workability. SOLUTION: The thin film molded product 4 for an electrolytic capacitor anode device is obtained by providing a first layer 2 and then a second layer 3 containing valve action metal powder and binder resin on a substrate 1. In the molded product 4, bonding strength between the first layer 2 and the substrate 1 is larger than that between the first layer 2 and the second layer 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
