PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency by standardizing components used for two types of structures and the structures themselves in a buffer stop prop installed in a park and the like wherein there are two types of structures of a stopper retaining the prop projecting from the ground. SOLUTION: The stopper 30 is provided with a sheath part 31 formed into a pipe shape, a body shaft 32 and a lid part 33 to be inserted into the inner circumference of the sheath part 31, a spring 34, and an adjuster 35. The spring 34 is so set as to energize a selectively selected part out of a fringe part 321, a lock part 313 of the sheath part 31, and the lid part 33. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
