PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing apparatus for composing, e.g., a video in which a viewer can recognize the wider space of a broadcasted video, and to provide a video processing method, a program and a recording medium, and a video processing system. SOLUTION: The video processing apparatus 1 comprises an image acquiring section 2 to which television image signals are supplied; camera movement estimating section 3 which estimates the movement of a camera from an input image acquired by the section 2, and estimating a side drop to be estimated to stick out from an image frame; image storing memory 4 which stores the side drop; image composing section 5 which composes a plurality of protruding portions to create an image; image outputting section 6 which outputs the composite image obtained by composing the side drops; and control section 7 which controls the above sections.
