PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve mobile communication with a compact, simple configuration by eliminating the need for a tracking mechanism such as a satellite in a planar antenna array used for the mobile communication using the satellite or the like. SOLUTION: Four or six square microstrip patch antennas P11 to P14 and P21 to P26 are concentrically shifted by 90 or 60 degrees each for concentric arrangement. Additionally, the maximum directivity direction by a plurality of antenna elements is determined based on radii R10, R20 of each concentric circle. Then, for example when the phase of a high-frequency signal for feeding to the patch antenna P11 is set to be a reference, a high-frequency signal for feeding to the patch antenna P12, that for feeding to the patch antenna P13, and that for feeding to the patch antenna P14 perform feed by shifting by 90, 180, and 270°respectively.
