PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic or a preventive agent for allergic conjunctivitis or eye pruritus, which consists of a combination of levocabastine or its salt and pemirolast or its salt. SOLUTION: The first invention is the therapeutic or the preventive agent for allergic conjunctivitis or eye pruritus, which consists of the combination of levocabastine or its salt and pemirolast or its salt. The second invention is the therapeutic or the preventive agent for allergic conjunctivitis or eye pruritus which is characterized in that it consists of the combination of levocabastine or its salt and pemirolast or its salt, and in that both of them are supplementarily acting each other and/or mutually reinforced. According to the invention, through administrating in combination of levocabastine hydrochloride and potassium pemirolast, an anti-pruritus action and an anti-allergic action are reinforced.
