PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection nozzle for a diesel engine hardly clogged with less attachments and a tank for fuel capable of lowering an amount of the evaporating fuel during filling the fuel. SOLUTION: A surface of the fuel injection nozzle for the diesel engine or an inner surface of the fuel tank is coated with a film formed by cross-linking reaction of hydrolysis and condensation of one kind or more of compounds selected from the compounds expressed as CF<SB>3</SB>(CF<SB>2</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>Si(OR)<SB>3</SB>(where, R represents an organic group with carbon number of 6 or below, m represents an integral number from 0 to 11, and n represents 0 or the integral number from 2 to 6. But the m and n can not be 0 at the same time.), or of one kind or more of the compounds and one kind or more of metallic compounds expressed as M(OR)x (where, M represents Si, Ti, Zr, Ge, Pb, Bi or B, R represents the organic group with the carbon number of 8 or below, and x represents an integral number not more than 4.).
