PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball launching operation handle which can transmit vibration with sufficient intensity to the palm of a player even by a small size vibration generator to stimulate game interest. SOLUTION: An almost circular opening 34 is set on the front face of a handle body 12 which is equipped with an operating lever 17 rotatably set on the outer circumference to adjust ball launching strength and formed into an almost spherical shape. A vibration transmitting board 30 which is connected to the surface of the handle body and formed into an almost spherical shape projected forward is set in the opening 34 via an elastic member 35. An electromagnetic vibration generator 36 comprising an electromagnetic coil 42 and a permanent magnet 43 mutually facing in a neighboring condition is set in the handle main body 12 to transmit the vibration to the vibration transmitting board 30.
