PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail device which collects cigarette butts the opening part of which is easily opened/closed and the rail cover of which cannot be inadvertently opened. SOLUTION: The device includes: a rail body 4 internally storing a conveyor 6 for carrying the cigarette butts, etc., put thereon; and the rail covers 5 to be assembled in the rail body 4 to cover the opening part 8 of the rail body 4. One end of each rail cover 5 is freely rotatably connected to the rail body 4 so as to be rotated in a direction for opening/closing the opening part 8 of the rail body 4. The other end of each rail cover 5 is lockable to the rail body 4 in a state where the opening part 8 of the rail main body 4 is closed with the rail covers 5. The rail body 4 includes hooks 16. The rail covers 5 include fixtures 17 to be locked to the hooks 16 so as to fix the rail covers 5 to the rail body 4 when the opening part 8 of the rail body 4 is closed with the rail covers 5.
