PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain suspension attaching clamp that can facilitate attachment or detachment of a curtain suspension such as a curtain rail and does not leave a trace of a locking screw. SOLUTION: The clamp is folded in a substantially U-shape so as to sandwich an overhang section 1 projecting over an opening of a room from upper and lower surfaces. A connection surface 17 for connecting two sides facing the upper and lower surfaces of the overhang section has a holder 13 having at least two holes 19 for attaching an attaching bracket 6 of the curtain suspension 5, and a slider 15 screwably mounted to one side of the upper or lower surface of the holder 13 so as to sandwich and lock the overhang section 1 between the side and the other side from both upper and lower surfaces.
