PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal cleaner capable of easily moving a hopper to a position of maintenance and inspection when the maintenance and inspection of the inside of the hopper are required. SOLUTION: In this medal cleaner, a medal M in a tank 1 is stored in the hopper 2 under it, the medal M in the hopper 2 is fed to a medal conveying rail 3 through a medal feeding device 4 mounted to the hopper 2, and the medal M is cleaned during moving on the medal conveying rail 3. The hopper 2 is separated from the tank 1 and separately connected to the medal conveying rail 3, the hopper 2 and the medal feeding device 4 are placed and mounted onto a movable platform 11, and the movable platform 11 can be moved between a usual working position where the hopper 2 is located directly under the tank 1 and a maintenance/inspection position allowing maintenance/inspection of the inside of the hopper 2.
