PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a composition containing Eleutherococcus Senticosus as a main ingredient. The composition maintains the human health and increases vital power. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing composition containing Eleutherococcus Senticosus as a main ingredient comprises the steps of: washing and drying fruits, stems and barks of Eleutherococcus Senticosus; cutting them into 10cm; extracting them in water at 80-100 deg.C for 20 hours; adding the extract with 3 times of 70% of edible ethanol and reflux-extracting for 5 hours; filtering the extract and concentrating it under reduced pressure;drying the concentrate to the moisture content of 8 wt.% and pulverizing it; heat-drying Rubus Coreanus to the moisture content of 8 wt.% for 10 hours; and mixing 75-85 wt.% of the Eleutherococcus Senticosus powder, 1-4 wt.% of the Rubus Coreanus powder, 8-12 wt.% of L-arginine, 2-3 wt.% of gamma oryzanol, 1-3 wt.% of vitamin B1 and 2-5 wt.% of vitamin C together and packing them into a 400mg capsule. |
