PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing vibration of an accumulator of a hermetic compressor is provided to reduce noise generated in the compressor or to prevent transmission of the vibration to a refrigerant tube by controlling mass of the accumulator attached on one side of the compressor to tune frequency of the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A compressor comprises a compressor main body; an accumulator(200) supplying gaseous refrigerant gas to the compressor main body; a mass control part(400) controlling mass of the accumulator; and a fixing member placed on one side of the compressor main body to fix the accumulator and the mass control part. The mass control part comprises an anti-vibration member(410) fixed along a peripheral surface of an accumulator casing(210); and a weight member(420) placed in the anti-vibration member to increase weight of the accumulator. The anti-vibration member has a plurality of cylindrical anti-vibration rubber rods successively coupled to each other. The weight member is a metal rod coupled to the cylindrical anti-vibration member in axial direction.
