METHOD FOR MEASURING BUBBLE ATTACHMENT PROPERTY AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING BUBBLE ATTACHMENT PROPERTY IN MALT ALCOHOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble attachment property evaluation method for indicating the degree of attachment of bubbles to a container accompanied by the collapse of bubbles being generated when a malt alcohol drink is extracted into the container.

SOLUTION: The bubble attachment property evaluation method comprises a stage for extracting the malt alcohol drink to a transparent container so that the ratio of the thickness of a liquid layer to the thickness of a bubble layer becomes a set value; a stage for photographing the extracted container from the side by an imaging means for acquiring the side area value in the bubble layer in extraction from the obtained image data; a stage for photographing the container when the bubble layer collapses from the side by the imaging means for obtaining a bubble attachment area value that is an area where bubbles attach to a container wall according to the obtained image data; and a stage for obtaining the bubble attachment ratio by calculating the ratio of the bubble attachment area value to the side area value of the bubble layer. The attachment property of bubbles can be evaluated by using the imaging apparatus according to the bubble attachment property evaluation method.
