<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thick omelet which maintains a conventional cooking state and cooking time, eliminates undesirable condition of separation between layers and has improved qualities such as appearance, flavor and to provide a method for producing the same and an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: As for the thick omelet 1 obtained by laminating an omelet in multilayer and is prepared by a method by which omelets L, M, N, and P in fixed thicknesses are cooked by each process, the omelet cooked by a first process is reversed, laminated to the omelet cooked by a second process and reversal and lamination are repeated successively in each process. An omelet P of the last process which is thicker than the omelets L, M, N and O cooked by the other process and forms a chevron-shaped base 2 to become an outer peripheral surface is formed and the omelets L, M, N and O cooked by the previous processes are reversed and laminated to the omelet of the last process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
