PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a plurality of kinds of games to be replaced by increasing flexibility as to application programs, e.g. a game program on an IC card system which has high-level information storage capacity and can actualize high security.

SOLUTION: Commonizable treatment parts are provided as components and the components wherein definitions of games are described as scripts are replaced from a terminal when necessary. In a program, an interpreter which interprets and executes a script, a control part which controls the replacement of a script, and a control part which controls point data and game execution right are prepared. Consequently, different kinds of games are dynamically changed and one application handles different kinds of games.
