摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and its manufacturing method wherein a conductive path formed with organic semiconductor molecules as a material has a novel structure, and it exhibits high mobility. <P>SOLUTION: A network conductive path is formed, in which a fine particle 8 comprising a conductor such as Au or a semiconductor, and an organic semiconductor molecule 9 are alternately coupled through a functional group located at both ends of the organic semiconductor molecule 9 such as 4, 4'-biphenyldithior. A conductive path in the fine particles 8 and a conductive path in the organic semiconductor molecules 9 are coupled two dimensionally or three dimensionally. Since the conductive path does not allow intermolecular electron transfer, and hence mobility is not limited by the intermolecular electron transfer, mobility of a conductive path along a main chain in the organic semiconductor molecule, e.g., high intramolecular mobility due to delocalizedπelectron can be utilized to the utmost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
