PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable releasing characteristics between a photosensitive fluorescent material layer and a cushion layer irrespective of the change of a stripping interface profile by an existing formed picture element. SOLUTION: The photosensitive fluorescent material layer 3 and a photosensitive adhesive layer 2 are formed between a supporting body 6 having an antistatic layer 7 and a cover film 1 on the rear face, a cushion layer 5 composed of a thermoplastic resin is formed between the photosensitive fluorescent material layer 3 and the support body 6, and a mold-release layer 4 containing the thermosetting resin is formed between the photosensitive fluorescent material layer 3 and the cushion layer 5.
