PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic album system for appropriately preserving and managing personal data together with related data. SOLUTION: Part of album data and identification data therefor are recorded in a recording medium (50) while the remaining part of the album data and identification data therefor are stored in a main data storage means (100). Part of the album data and identification data therefor recorded in the recording medium are read out by a medium data read-out means (200), and the read-out identification data are received by a main data read-out means (140). The remaining part of the album data corresponding to the identification data are read out from the main data storage means, and the remaining part of the album data and part of the read-out album data are displayed by a display means (220).
