PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic force type oxygen analyzer dispensing with a highly accurate thermostat, and having quick response speed. SOLUTION: This analyzer comprises two passages having the same sectional area and formed so that the same quantity of gases flow therein, a magnetic application means arranged on either of the passages, and flow velocity sensors arranged on the passages respectively. A metal wire is used as the flow velocity sensor and the metal wire is heated up to a prescribed temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
