PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize substantially uniform exhaust from each drain port to prevent scattering of adhered bacteria and improve work environment in a room. SOLUTION: A plurality of drain ports 8 provided on a floor surface 7 of a work room 1 are mutually communicated by a drain pipe 9, which is connected to an exhaust pipe 13 through a storage tank 10 having an air and water separation function. An upper end of the exhaust pipe 13 is connected to an exhaust duct 15. About 10% of air in the work room 1 is sucked and exhausted through the exhaust pipe 13, the storage tank 10, the drain pipe 9, and the drain ports 8. An opening adjusting mechanism 40 is provided in each drain port 8 to make an amount of air exhausted from each drain port substantially constant. Moreover, about 90% of air in the work room 1 is exhausted through an exhaust port 18 and the exhaust duct 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
