PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for a rolling bearing, a bearing with the seal for installing this seal for the rolling bearing and a hub unit bearing for smoothing a carry and handling by an automatic installing device by restraining a blocking phenomenon between the seals for the rolling bearing at lamination. SOLUTION: A third lip 45 positioned in the innermost side of a pack seal 21 turns outside the bearing 5, and the base end (hereinafter referred to as an annular projection) 51 unrelated to sliding contact with a slinger 35 projects in an annular shape from an inside end surface (the left side in the figure) of the pack seal 21.
