PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch valve for finely, precisely and easily adjusting the flow rate. SOLUTION: The pinch valve comprises a cylindrical handle 1 having a female screw part on an inner circumferential surface and a male screw part of the pitch larger than that of the female screw part on an outer circumferential surface, a cylinder body 2 having a cylinder part having a through hole in a center of a bottom part and an air hole in a side surface, a handle supporting body 3 which has a female screw part to be screwed to a male screw of the handle on an inner circumferential surface and is joined with an upper portion of the cylinder body, a hollow stem 4 having a male screw part to be screwed to the female screw part of the handle, an upper annular projection and a lower flange part on an outer circumference, a stopper 5 to be engaged with the annular projection, a piston 8 provided inside the cylinder body in a vertically slidable manner, a spring 7 to urge the piston downwardly, a holder 9 fixed to a tip of a connection part of a lower end of the piston, a body 10 located on a lower portion of the cylinder body to house an elastic tubular body 11, and a connection part 12 of tubular bodies on both sides of the body and other tubes.
