PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation of an ethylene-a polar monomer copolymer, especially improving scratch proof property without harming excellent characteristics of an ethylene copolymeric ionomer. SOLUTION: An ethylene copolymer composition is characterized by blending 0.5-5 pts. wt. acryl-modified polyorganosiloxane obtained by performing a graft copolymerization of a polyorganosiloxane with a (meth)acrylic acid ester or a mixture of the same with a copolymerizable monomer in (5/95)-(95/5) weight ratio based on 100 pts. wt. ethylene-the polar monomer copolymer.
