PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent force in a lateral direction from being applied to a double-folded link by securely fixing a load carrying platform. SOLUTION: Between a base table 2 and the load carrying platform 3 for moving up and down by cylinders 4, 5 provided at the base table 2, two supporting members 13, 13, consisting of a tube 14 and a rod 15 which is slidably provided in the tube 14, are provided to cross over each other in a diagonal brace shape. In the case where the load carrying platform is not risen at the highest point but set at a height halfway, sliding amount of the rod 15 is restricted by a locking device 16 provided at the supporting device 13.
