PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball lifting apparatus capable of easily adjusting a shaft-center of a driven roller having a hung conveying belt. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball lifting apparatus comprises a lifting tower 5 having the driven roller 13 and a discharge port 9 in the upper part, a support body 3 for supporting the lower part of the lifting tower 5 via a joint structure 4, and the conveying belt 11 hung on the driven roller 13 and a driving roller 15. The joint structure 4 is constituted so that an angle of the shaft-center of the driven roller 13 with respect to the horizontal line can be adjusted by changing a standing angle of the lifting tower 5 with respect to the support body 3. The shaft-center adjustment of the driven roller can be performed using the joint structure lying in the lower part of the lifting tower, so that the adjustment can be easily performed in a range accessible by a hand of a worker.
