PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy installation of a construction by reducing the weight of the constituting materials in a vinyl green house and a recycling process for a plastic which is an industrial waste. SOLUTION: The recovered waste plastic is processed to be formed as aggregates 1, 3 by an aggregate manufacturing process. These aggregates are lightweight as compared with that of iron, since they are made from a plastic material and become easy for joining each of them because of having a block-shape. Since they are a resin, the strength is apt to be insufficient, but the material obtains a sufficient strength by being made to have a high density by a pressing process. As a construction, the assembly strength as a constructed material is held by applying a tension to an arch part 1, and also in its installation, an easy installation is possible since they are light weighted.
