PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation/pressure roll having improved durability in terms of adhesion at a high temperature of 280 to 300°C. SOLUTION: The fixation/pressure roll 10 is equipped with an elastic layer 12 formed on a metal core bar 11 and a fluororesin sleeve 13 arranged on the surface, and as for the elastic layer 12, at least the surface layer coming into contact with the fluororesin sleeve is constituted of a silicone rubber layer, and also, the silicone rubber layer and the fluororesin sleeve 13 are bonded together with silane coupling-based vulcanizing adhesive 14, the adhesive 14 contains tetra-ethyl silicate and alkoxy titanate.
