PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking device and a molding taking-out device capable of reducing the cost for sucking a work by reducing the consumption of a compressed air by cutting and controlling the supply of the compressed air to a negative pressure generator in a case when the non-sucking state of the work by the sucking member is continued for more than a predetermined time. SOLUTION: This sucking device is composed of a compressed air supply source, the negative pressure generating device generating the negative pressure by the supplied compressed air, and a member for sucking and holding the work by the negative pressure. The sucking device comprises a compressed air switching member for opening and closing a compressed air channel, and a control means mounted on the piping between the negative pressure generating device and the sucking member, keeping an opening state of the compressed air switching member by detecting the suction of the work by the sucking member in a case when the negative pressure detected by the negative pressure detecting member is more than a predetermined value, and cutting the supply of the compressed air to the negative pressure generating device by closing the compressed air switching member in a case where the negative pressure of less than the predetermined value is continued for more than a predetermined time.
